Unfriend - the 2009 Word of the Year

 

Speaking of entertainment, "unfriend" has been named the 2009 word of the year. For those of you who don´t know, and not really sure how you wouldn´t, to unfriend someone is to remove someone as a friend on the popular social networking site, Facebook. And it can be used in other ways as well, like the best words can.

It´s a verb, so it can be put into many different uses and that´s always fun for people. So, go unfriend things and be an unfriender and stop unfriending and stop unfriending, unfriendingly...
