Shauvon Torres accidentally did a belly flop into the water during a stunt on Wednesday night´s episode, causing her competitors to laugh - until Torres indicated that she was in severe pain.

She was later taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where she was treated for a burst implant. "There´s major muscle and tissue and nerve damage in my chest area and to my waist," she said during the episode.
