This time, it´s Emmy Rossum who is by his side. Rossum told PEOPLE that she gets "why chicks dig him," going on to say that he´s "extremely kind, incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, creative and respectful." The only thing she stopped short of saying is that the two were definitely dating.

The 23-year-old and recently divorced (seriously, she divorced last month) Rossum has been romantically linked to the 45-year-old Duritz, who fronted the popular band Counting Crows.

Still, she stopped short of saying whether she and Duritz are an exclusive item. "Let´s put it this way, I´d be flattered if someone hit on me tonight, but I really can´t say if I´m available or not," she told PEOPLE.

Rossum says she doesn´t divulge the details of her love life "because it´s always misinterpreted or put under the microscope ... It´s especially annoying when you´re dating someone else who´s well-known, which is why I normally would never go out with a famous guy.
